The Jaguar’s Ghost ~A Review~

By Rebecca Hill

Good day, dear readers!

I have another fantastic book to share, and this is from one of my favorite independent publishers. The Jaguar’s Ghost, by Ian Fortey and Ron Ripley, and published by Scare Street, is available now. The main character is a old favorite of mine, and you can go back and read through some of the books that Scare Street has released. If you love horror, then you need to check them out! I cannot recommend this publisher enough. There are some favorites that I go back to when I need a good book to fall into.

Scare Street’s Blurb of The Jaguar’s Ghost:

When a US congressman turns up dead at a luxurious South American resort, FBI Agent Xander Ventura suspects supernatural forces are at play. So he calls in the world’s greatest ghost hunter, retired Marine Shane Ryan, to help crack the case.

The local police are quick to blame gang violence, but Shane and Ventura’s investigation reveal the chilling truth. An ancient evil has been unleashed upon the modern world.

With the help of ghostly allies, they must stop this vicious supernatural killer…

Before the entire town becomes its hunting ground.

My Review:

Any Shane Ryan story is awesome, but a new series? EVEN BETTER! I am loving the start to this series, and I cannot wait to see what happens in book two.
With Shane Ryan helping the FBI try to figure out what is happening, after the death of a Congressman at a foreign resort, the story quickly turns from just murder, to the disappearances of many people. Everyone is afraid to talk, and Shane might be the only person who can figure out what is going on. Bring in Xander, the FBI agent, who is friends with Shane, and the reason he is there, this is a winning team!

Get ready for another amazing series, and a case that is going to take every ounce of training Shane has to figure it out.
