Legacy of Blood ~A Review~

By Rebecca Hill

Good day, dear readers! I have been reading up a storm over here, trying to catch up on some books that I let slip. October is always a fun month. I am not a fan of cold weather, but I do love the fall feeling, and of course, Halloween. Legacy of Blood, the book that I am sharing with you today is the third book in the Blackbird Files trilogy. Heather Graham has some very intriguing books, and I enjoyed the first two quite a bit. I hope you enjoy this short review, and check out the other two books in the series as well!

Book 1: Death Behind Every Door

Book 2: Market for Murder

Book 3: Legacy of Blood

Rating: 4/5

Legacy of Blood

Bodies are turning up – beautiful young women who are going missing while visiting Paris. When one young woman is finally identified as a friend of several of the murdered girls, the story starts to slowly come out. Who would want to target these women?

While retracing the steps of some of the young women, the Blackbird team quickly realizes that many of them took the same tours, ate at the same places, and watched some of the same shows. As the connections are made, they begin to ask questions, and learn more about the women, as well as those who might have come in contact with him. With the team on the ground, they begin to visit the locations where the bodies were dumped. But as they walk the grounds, they find older remains, confirming that whoever has been going after these young ladies has been doing so for quite some time. Even in wine country, tempers can run wild. There are a few families who seem to have a feud ongoing, and are vying for the business of tourists. Can the team solve the case before fresh bodies start to appear?

What a read! I have enjoyed this series, and this latest book did not disappoint! I look forward to what Heather Graham brings forth next.
